Am I free to use the content CeemoChat helps me create?

Of course! That’s completely yours to use however you like.

The main reason we ask you not to share screenshots of your full conversations, or access to the platform, is largely because this is still a beta. It’s not the final product and isn’t as polished as the full release will be! We also want to make sure, of course, that nothing important to our IP is released to the public, especially when it’s in test form. Thank you for your understanding and for honoring the Terms of Service agreement!

Why is CeemoChat Beta hosted on another platform?

Our amazing dev team is still hard at work building the front-end and AWS infrastructure for the full release of CeemoChat, which will be fully baked into the Ceemo app! In the meantime, using PMFM.ai has given us an easy way to grant only select beta users access to our early knowledge base. Rest assured, the full release of CeemoChat will be all Ceemo, all in-house, and all at your fingertips!

Why am I limited to 50 CeemoChat credits?

We have a limited number of chats we can run through PMFM.ai in a given period. For that reason, we’ve tried to evenly dole out the credits among our beta testing cohort. So please try to be judicious in how you use your credits! In the next Q&A we’ll cover how to make the most of your credits, and after that how you can unlock some more. Plus we should be able to reload your credits each month too!

How can I make the absolute most of my 50 CeemoChat credits?

Credit Costs:

• Each message = 1 credit

• Image requests = 2 credits total (1 for request + 1 for generation)

Tip: Save your credits! There’s nothing unique in our knowledge base about image generation, so we recommend using free image generators instead.

Best Practices:

1. Combine your thoughts into single, detailed messages instead of multiple short ones

2. Provide thorough context in your requests

3. If the first response isn’t perfect, give specific feedback about what you’d like improved

How do I improve the quality of CeemoChat responses?

Want to get the best possible responses from CeemoChat? Here are some helpful tips:

1. Be specific and detailed in your requests – the more context you provide, the better!

2. Don’t hesitate to ask Ceemo for guidance on what information would be helpful.

3. Share rough drafts of what you’re working on. For example: ‘Hi Ceemo! I’m trying to write an investor email that’s professional but warm. Could you help make my draft more concise?’ Then paste your draft in quotes.

4. Give feedback! Let Ceemo know what you liked or didn’t like about a response so it can better match your needs.

Pro tip: For best results, keep conversations focused and start fresh chats for new topics, since Ceemo doesn’t retain information between sessions.

When is CeemoChat being released to the public?

Will I still have access to CeemoChat when it's released to the public?

Yes, of course! As long as you’re a Ceemo subscriber, you’ll have access to CeemoChat. Although access will transition to the full release version, which will be fully integrated into the Ceemo platform. 

Which Ceemo subscription tiers will include access to CeemoChat?

All of our Ceemo subscription tiers will include access to CeemoChat, although we are still determining how many credits will be included. 

Am I still able to access human help & support?

Of course! Team Ceemo is always here and happy to help support you. You can always contact us through Ceemo Support. And Ceemo subscribers can also access discounts on hands-on expert design, strategy, and storytelling help whenever you need.
